TLDR: Clearing arteries takes five actives working in order. Miss one and the other four undo themselves. 👇

I Ran An Eleven-Bottle Stack For Three Years. My Calcium Score Went Up.

Let me save you the money I burned.

Over three years I bought the $50 nattokinase with 10,000 FU on the front and seven ingredients hidden inside one blend. The $35 aged garlic that told me S-Allyl Cysteine was the active and never once told me how much was in it. The $40 beetroot chews.

Two "high potency" bottles off Amazon with four thousand five-star reviews between them.

Fish oil, because everyone takes fish oil. CoQ10, because my brother-in-law does.

Every one of them was doing something. None of them were doing it together.

Six failures. One reason. And it's the same reason every time.

Reason01

Clear The Eleven Bottles Off Your Counter

Count what's on your counter right now. Then count what each one costs you a month.

Most men over 55 aren't under-supplemented. They're scattered. Nattokinase from one brand, K2 from another, magnesium from whatever was on sale, garlic because it's supposed to be good for you. Four bottles, four price points, four quality standards, and no idea whether any of them are working with each other or against each other.

Corvael is five actives in one capsule at doses chosen to work in sequence. One bottle. One standard. One thing to remember in the morning.

Five-link chain with the second link broken and the rest falling away
Reason02

You're Paying For Four Actives That Undo Each Other

Your blood does two opposite jobs. It forms clots to stop bleeding, and it clears them once they've done the job.

Two separate systems. Prescription blood thinners work on the forming side. Banner Health states it plainly about apixaban: it is mainly used to prevent new clots from forming rather than to dissolve existing ones. Nothing in the standard toolkit works on the clearing side.

The clearing side runs on plasmin, and plasmin has a brake called PAI-1. PAI-1 climbs decade after decade after 50. The brake sticks. Fibrin gets laid down faster than it gets removed.

Nattokinase works on the clearing side. But when fibrin releases, calcium comes with it, and calcium has to go somewhere. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 activates two proteins, osteocalcin and Matrix Gla Protein, that route calcium into bone and away from the artery wall. Without it, what you cleared rebuilds.

This isn't theory bolted on afterward. The 1,062-participant Chen study in Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine specifically noted that co-administering vitamin K2 produced synergistic improvement.

Five links, in order. Break one and the chain drops.

Reason03

The Dose That Worked Was Five Times What's On Most Shelves

Here's the number the category doesn't want in front of you.

Chen and colleagues, Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine, 2022. 1,062 participants aged 63 to 85, followed 12 months. Two doses were compared.

At 10,800 FU per day, improvement rates across the measured markers ran 66.5% to 95.4%.

At 3,600 FU per day, nothing. The authors wrote it in plain language: the lower dose of 3,600 FU per day is ineffective.

Now go look at what's on the shelf. 2,000 FU. 4,000 FU. The two most common doses in the entire category sit below the level that study found did nothing.

Two honest notes, because this page is built on you being able to check things. That study was retrospective, not a randomized trial, and the research group has industry ties. And the largest independent trial ever run, NAPS at USC, 265 people over three years, was negative at 2,000 FU per day.

Read those two facts together and the picture is consistent. The dose is the variable. The negative trial used the shelf dose. The positive data used five times it.

Corvael runs NSK-SD, the trademarked strain from Japan Bio Science Laboratories that the original research was built on. Not "nattokinase." A strain with a name you can look up.

Reason04

Your Next Calcium Score Is Twelve Months Out. Start Now.

Fibrin doesn't accumulate on a schedule you can feel. That's the problem with it.

Nothing hurts. Your annual panel comes back fine, because standard bloodwork doesn't measure viscosity or fibrin load. You get told your numbers look good and you go home, and the crew that's supposed to be clearing it slows down another year.

Then a scan comes back with a number on it and suddenly it's urgent.

This works in months, not days. Whatever you start today has twelve months to work before anyone measures you again. Whatever you don't start today has twelve months to keep building.

Reason05

Eight Weeks. Not Eight Days.

Anything promising you a difference this week is selling you something.

Li and colleagues, Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine, 2023. A meta-analysis pooling 6 randomized controlled trials, 546 participants. Systolic pressure moved an average of 3.45 mmHg, diastolic 2.32 mmHg, both at p below 0.00001.

Modest. Real. Measured properly.

And here's the part that matters more than the number. In both trials that tracked it, the change emerged over eight weeks. Not days. No human trial has shown meaningful within-week movement.

That's why the guarantee is 60 days and not 14. Fourteen days would be a guarantee designed to expire before the product could be judged.

Turn Your Current Bottle Over Before You Buy Another One

You don't have to take our word for any of this. Go get the bottle you're already taking.

Find the nattokinase line. If it gives you a number and nothing else, that's everything the manufacturer was willing to commit to. Then check whether K2 is in there at all. Then check whether every active has its own milligram figure beside it, or whether several are hiding inside one blend total.

Ten seconds. Do it before you buy anything, including this.

60 Days. Two Full Bottles. Nothing Moves, We Eat It.

Sixty days is two bottles. Long enough to actually judge it, which is the point.

Finish both. If nothing changed, send one email. No return forms. No restocking fee. No sending back empty bottles. You write a note and the money goes back.

No subscription. No auto-renew. One order is one order.

The risk sits with us. It has to. We're the ones making the claim.

Real reviews from men who've tried everything

★★★★★

I had four bottles going and my numbers wouldn't move. Went down to this one. Three months in, my last panel was the best it's been in four years.

The K2 thing is what got me. I'd been taking nattokinase for two years with no K2 and nobody ever told me that was a problem.

My hands used to be cold from October to April. This is the first winter that hasn't happened. I don't have a better explanation than that.

I checked the strain like the article said. My old bottle didn't name one. This one does. That was enough for me to switch.
