After about 3 days this stuff starts working of course the amount you take varies by who you talk to some people say three eyedroppers a day it's too much for me one eye dropper does very little I don't even see it in my urine two eye droppers I see it in my urine but not consistently three eye droppers it'll be in my urine most of the day but three eyedroppers gives me a headache
